Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the MSG Business and Economics Journal (MBEJ) undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality and validity.

1. Initial Review (Desk Review)
The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board members will evaluate the submitted manuscript to ensure it aligns with the journal's focus, scope, and basic formatting guidelines.  Manuscripts that do not meet the minimum quality standards or plagiarism thresholds will be rejected immediately.

2. Peer Review (Double-Blind Peer Review)
Manuscripts that pass the initial review will be assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers in the relevant field. MBEJ operates a double-blind review process, meaning that the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential throughout the evaluation.

3. Reviewer Recommendations
Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the business and economics sector. They will provide one of the following recommendations:
- Accept Submission (without revisions)
- Revisions Required (minor changes)
- Resubmit for Review (major changes required for re-evaluation)
- Decline Submission (rejection)

The final publication decision rests entirely with the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers' feedback.
